Description
“Strange New Worlds” gets the documentary treatment this week, as the Enterprise is confronted with some difficult choices that call into question some of Starfleet’s most deeply held beliiefs. The documentary has a real character arc, going from deep skepticism to a final understanding in just 40 minutes. Unfortunately, that’s not how documentaries work!

I only just thought of searching for this, because I've heard a bunch of commentary over the past 2 episodes about the crew quarters being giant (Pelia, Ortegas, etc.). The documentary in S3E7 said the crew complement of Pike's Enterprise is 203. Google suggests that that number is 430 under Captain Kirk in TOS. So maybe they had to remodel the crew quarters to half their Pike-command size by the time TOS watchers get to form their crew quarters size expectations.
